Refund and Returns Policy

What’s an acceptable return?
Refunds or store credit are offered on products that are returned unopened in original condition. However, Little Miss Creative does not accept refunds or exchanges on products that have been personalised with fonts or specific non stocked colours. If the items have any manufacturing faults or are damaged in transit photos of damaged items must be emailed to the orders@littlemisscreative.com.au and will be individually investigated and where appropriate a full refund will be given. 

What’s the timeframe?
Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Advisement of faulty or damaged goods must be be advised within 3 days after delivery 

What’s the process?
Customers must contact us at orders@littlemisscreative.com.au before returning any items. Qualifying returns will be confirmed via return email. All returns must be organised by Little Miss Creative through its specified courier or mail service.

Who pays?
For change of mind original shipping costs are non-refundable and any return freight costs incurred by Little Miss Creative are deducted from the customer’s refund.this will be communicated prior to the return. For faulty or transit damaged goods Little Miss Creative will cover the shipping costs.
